The Website Development Process

We’ll take you through our 4-step website development process:-

1. Discovery and direction

Together we investigate what you want to achieve with your website, what your goals and audience are, what design ideas you may already have. We put together a briefing for the project.

2. Design – look and feel

We design a website prototype on our test server, with a few sample pages. We use this to refine and agree the new look and feel for your website.

3. Build – structure and content

We develop the full website on our test server. We work with you to populate it with initial content, which you can edit or add to in the future.

4. Launch and support

When you are happy with the site, we migrate it to its live website hosting. We provide education on how to edit and support, by email or phone, if you have questions in the following weeks.

What Else You Might Need

We can provide website hosting, or work with your existing hosting supplier, if you already have that sorted.

If you need a domain name, we can help with that too.

You may already have brand assets, such as Logo, Colours, Fonts, Imagery, Style guide, Messaging. We will work with those, to ensure that your new website fits with your existing brand. Or we can get started with whatever you have and build up your preferred style as we go.
